The Collectives Exhibition at Axis Gallery in Pioneer Square, Seattle, brings together an inspiring collection of works by KOH Atelier Alumni. This group exhibition showcases a diverse range of artistic voices, each exploring themes of identity, emotion, and the human experience.
For the past three months, my painting, “Edge of Uncertainty,” has been featured in this exhibition, and it has been an honor to be a part of this collective showcase. The exhibition’s final reception takes place this Thursday, February 6, from 5–9 PM, offering one last opportunity to experience these works in person.
Edge of Uncertainty
My painting captures a moment we’ve all faced—standing on the edge of the unknown, caught between fear and possibility. The subject’s anxious gesture and nail-biting reflect an internal tension, while the distorted space and unnatural colors of her surroundings symbolize a world that feels slightly off-balance.
It’s a visual meditation on the vulnerability and strength required to face uncertainty, when the path ahead is unclear but the only way forward is through.
Join Us for the Final Reception
If you’re in Seattle, I encourage you to stop by Axis Gallery for the final evening of The Collectives Exhibition. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with the work of KOH Atelier Alumni, connect with fellow art enthusiasts, and reflect on the themes woven throughout this compelling collection.
