Documenting Artistic Process – prettier than politics and sausage making?

Do you think sharing/documenting your artistic process is important? Sergio Gomez has helpful recommendations on a few apps for self-documenting your process. While I generally try to avoid being in front of a camera I’m thinking I should give this a go. Would love your thoughts.
